Risk Intelligence A/S and NAVTOR partnership reaches milestone with launch of integration into NavStation route planning product

29 September 2025 | Company announcement No 14-2025

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence” or "the Company") and partner NAVTOR announces product launch of integration of Risk Intelligence System data into NAVTOR’s NavStation.

Risk Intelligence’s partner NAVTOR has launched a new layer for their NavStation route planning platform with integration of data from the Risk Intelligence System. NavStation is currently used by more than 8,000 vessels operated by NAVTOR clients and a part of these are mutual clients with Risk Intelligence.

This is in line with the objectives of the Risk Intelligence Strategy for partnerships, which seeks to widen and deepen the market. Widening is when Risk Intelligence with partners is addressing market segments that the Company have chosen not to pursue on its own. In this case vessels operated by clients, and potential clients, will now be able to access the maritime security intelligence through their route planning platform. This means the market will be deepened as more users per client will be able to access the product.

Hans Tino Hansen, CEO of Risk Intelligence says:
“Properly understanding maritime risk requires dedicated sources, resources, constant vigilance, and the ability to view individual issues through the lens of wider context and specialist analysis. Bridge officers, or office-based teams, juggling multiple responsibilities simply cannot do this. To plan and execute a safe voyage you need optimal analysis and support, now more than ever.

By integrating our services into NAVTOR’s renowned planning platform we can deliver decisive intelligence – leading to truly informed assessments and conclusions – in a simple, seamless and powerful manner. This will help shipping companies worldwide navigate risk with confidence.

With this integration of our data, we are fulfilling our strategic decision to partner with high quality partners to widen and deepen our markets. This case is a clear-cut example of deepening the market with a partner. We are delighted with our cooperation and the product launch.”

The revenue from the product integration is expected to impact ARR from Q1 2026.
