Risk Intelligence A/S appoints new directors and strengthens client relations and sales

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence” or "the Company") announces today that the company has appointed Jan Michelsen as Client and Business Development Director and Jim Pascoe as Sales Director.

With the appointment of the two directors, Risk Intelligence, is streamlining the clients and sales organisation as well as business development. Jan Michelsen has served as Sales Director since 2018 and will now focus on the increasing number of clients and our recurring business as well as developing additional business. Jim Pascoe has been International Sales Manager since 2018 and will as Sales Director lead and coordinate the sales effort globally. Frank M. Andersen as Regional Director Asia and all account managers will support both client relations and new sales as previously. Lars Albæk as Sales Manager for LandRisk will continue to focus on the landside.

In addition, by appointing Jim Pascoe as Sales Director, we will have one person fully responsible for generating new business and acquisition of new clients”.

The Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk+LandRisk) is a subscription license-based solution generating recurring revenue (ARR DKK 12.2M) with a renewal rate of 98-99.8% (churn 0.2-2.0%). Today, the vessel fleet operated by Risk Intelligence clients is 14.7% of the global merchant fleet in international traffic. In addition, we have seen an increase in oil and gas, offshore, government, industry organisations and insurance clients over the last couple of years.
