Risk Intelligence A/S signs 5-year contract for the Risk Intelligence System with the U.S. Navy Naval Information Warfare Center

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) announces today that the company has signed a 5-year API license agreement for the Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk) with the U.S. Navy Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) with a total contract value for the 5-year period of 1,701,716 USD.

The Risk Intelligence maritime security data is integrated through an API into a U.S. Navy Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) software suite used by the U.S. Navy and other parts of the U.S. defence.
The 5-year contract follows annual contracts for the license periods 2018/2019 to 2021/2022 and will include 2022/2023 to and including 2026/2027. The contract will be invoiced annually in Q3 and initially with 262,690 USD in Q3 2022. 

The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific is based in San Diego, is the United States Navy technical authority and acquisition command for C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance), business information technology and space systems. It provides technological and engineering support critical to information warfare for the U.S. Navy, as well as for Marine Corps, Air Force, Army and Coast Guard programs.

The contract will not change the guidance for 2022.
