Risk Intelligence appoints new Chief Commercial Officer, as part of the future-facing commercial organisation

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence” or "the Company") announces today that the Company has appointed the current Sales Director Jim Pascoe as Chief Commercial Officer to head the new commercial organisation.


As part of a new commercial plan that optimises the organisation, Risk Intelligence has promoted Sales Director Jim Pascoe as new Chief Commercial Officer. In this position, Jim Pascoe gets the full responsibility to reconfigure, optimise, and invigorate the commercial side in the Company including sales and marketing, client relations and retention.  

Building on the digital upgrade already deployed in products and services, Jim Pascoe’s promotion also marks the ignition of a set of growth and communication initiatives developed over the summer, including the deployment of advanced client service software that will build the Company’s signature relationship building approach into all touch points, using personalisation and automation to build relevance and added value.

At the same time, the two directors Jan Michelsen, Client and Business Development Director, and Frank Andersen, Regional Director Asia, will leave their positions in the Company.


Hans Tino Hansen, CEO of Risk Intelligence, says:

In his role as Sales Director since June he has already worked closely together with the team and launched a range of key initiatives that will positively improve our communication, marketing, sales, and client relations.

A digital overhaul has already been initiated, delivering to client requirements with webinars and client specific advisory sessions.  Lessons have been learned during the Covid-19 pandemic, today there is an even greater requirement for remote situational awareness, via the Risk Intelligence System, as well as digital options for delivering crew briefings and contingency training / exercises.
