Risk Intelligence A/S (”Risk Intelligence”) hereby announce, on July 12, 2018, that the company has been approved for listing at Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”). The approval is dependent on that the minimum limit is reached in the company’s upcoming IPO and that the company has a sufficient number of shareholders in accordance with Spotlight’s listing agreement. The company will raise up to 12 MDKK and the subscription period will run from July 16, 2018 to July 31, 2018, both inclusive. The company has secured pre-subscription agreements of 7 MDKK, corresponding to approximately 60 percent of the total issue. In addition, the company has secured commission-free subscription guarantees of 1,8 MDKK from existing owners, corresponding to approximately 15 percent of the issue.
