Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) today announces that the company has signed an agreement with Reederei Nord Group for the Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk).

On June 18th, 2019, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Risk Intelligence A/S (”Risk Intelligence” or ”the Company”) was held. Below follows a summary of the established decisions. All decisions were taken with the required majority.

Decision to authorise the board of directors to issue share purchase options (warrants)

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) has today announced that the company has signed an agreement with Golar Management Norway for the Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk).

The shareholders of Risk Intelligence A/S, 27 47 56 71, are hereby invited to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 at. 12.00 noon at Strandvejen 100 DK-2900 Hellerup, Denmark.

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence” or "the Company") hereby publishes the Q1 Interim Report for the period January - March 2019, which reports a 78% increase in revenue compared to Q1 2018. The report is available on the Company’s website (www.riskintelligence.eu).

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) announces today that the company has signed a significant agreement with Saipem S.p.A. (“Saipem”) for the Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk), as well as a range of bespoke services designed to support Saipem’s maritime security preparedness activities globally. This comes as a major extension of Saipem and Risk Intelligence’s cooperation since 2013.

On Wednesday 7 November our CEO Hans Tino Hansen, CFO Jens Krøis and Member of the Board Stig Streit Jensen attended the “Sedermeradagen” investor day at Waterfront Congress Centre in Stockholm, where Hans Tino Hansen gave a presentation about the company, our growth plans and a status on how much has been accomplished since the listing on 17 August.

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) announces today that the company has signed a significant agreement with DFDS A/S (“DFDS”) for the Risk Intelligence System, as well as bespoke services designed to support their maritime security preparedness activities. The contract will be effective as from Q4 2018 and throughout 2019 and 2020. Approx. 30% of the contract will have positive impact on the turnover in 2018.

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) announces today that the company has signed a significant agreement with Norient Product Pool ApS “Norient Product Pool” for the Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk), as well as bespoke services designed to support their maritime security preparedness activities globally. Approx. 30% of the contract will have positive impact on the turnover in 2018.

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) today announces the launch of its on-line Client Portal that allows a large, new group of smaller clients to easily buy individual threat- and risk assessments.

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) and Global Navigation Solutions limited (“GNS”) hereby announces the launch to the maritime markets of the Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk) through GNS’s Voyager HUB platform.

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) launched during Q3 2018 the first test version of LandRisk. The test version is being adapted for the first two pilot projects and will, among other things, include landside transportation from East Asia to Europe. The first pilot projects are carried out in cooperation with two logistics companies, while more pilot projects from the production/industrial sector are in the process of being added.

Risk Intelligence A/S (“Risk Intelligence”) announces today that the company has signed an API license agreement for the Risk Intelligence System (MaRisk+PortRisk) with the U.S. Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (“SSC Pacific”) with a value of 219,500 USD. The significant order follows an initial order and pilot project in 2017 for integration of the Risk Intelligence System into a U.S. Navy Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) software suite.
